User Agreement

This Agreement defines the terms of use by the Users of the materials and services of VizIoT.com (hereinafter referred to as the website).

1. General terms
   1. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the website, the user is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.
   2. The current version of this agreement is posted on the website and is available on the Internet at http://VizIoT.com/en/user_agreement/
   3. A website user is any individual who has ever accessed the website and has reached the age allowed for acceptance of this agreement.
   4. The user is obliged to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement before registering on the website. User registration on the website means full and unconditional acceptance of this agreement by the User. In case of disagreement with the terms of the agreement, the use of the website by the user must be stopped immediately.
2. User's rights and obligations
   1. The user has the right to use the basic functionality of the Site and API for FREE for non-commercial use. In other cases, the terms of use are agreed with the Administration.
   2. The user undertakes to ensure the accuracy of the information provided and not to use the data of meteorological services and other services for transmission to this website.
   3. The user undertakes to place environmental sensors and webcams only on the territory under his control and not violate the right to privacy of other citizens without their consent.
   4. The user understands and agrees that if he places his personal and other data in the public domain, this data is considered publicly available.
   5. The names and other records of the User on the website must not conflict with the requirements of the law and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
   6. The user has the right to restrict access to the data posted by him, as well as request the Administration to partially or completely delete his data from the website.
   7. The user agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Ukrainian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the website and website services.
3. Rights and obligations of the Administration
   1. The Administration undertakes to protect against unauthorized access and destruction of the information transmitted by the User.
   2. The Administration has the right, at its discretion, to create, modify, cancel the Agreement both with and without prior notice to the User.
   3. The Administration is not responsible for the User's visit and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
   4. The administration has the right to delete the User's data if there are grounds to suspect that the information provided by the User is not complete, reliable or current.
   5. The user agrees to receive from the Administration, to the email address specified in his profile on the Site, informational e-mails about important events occurring within the Site or in connection with it.
   6. Inaction on the part of the Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Administration of the right to take later appropriate actions in defense of its interests and protection of copyright for the materials of the website protected in accordance with the legislation.
   7. The administration undertakes to delete all user data at his first request, received from the user's email address, which is indicated in his Profile on the project website.
